Ziti with Gorgonzola Sauce

2 Tbsp. Smart Balance or other acceptable margarine
1/2 cup crumbled low fat gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup half and half
1 lb whole wheat ziti pasta
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil and cook ziti according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt margarine in a saucepan over low heat. Place gorgonzola cheese in a small bowl and mash with a fork, gradually stirring in the half and half until well combined (does not have to be smooth). Add this mixture to the melted margarine in the saucepan and mix well. Combine drained pasta with sauce mixture. Stir in parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
