Tomato and Basil Salad

4 beefsteak tomatoes, sliced or diced
12 basil leaves, chiffonade
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Directions
Place tomatoes in a large shallow plate or bowl and sprinkle with basil leaves. Sprinkle with vinegar and oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 4
