Fresh Spinich
Diced Red and Yellow Bell Peppers
Reduced fat Feta
Salt and peper to taste
Use Thin flank steak. Salt and pepper both sides of steak lay flat and place ingredients on steak and roll. If steak is too thick butterfly and stuff. Broil until juices run clear. Let rest for 5 min before serving
