Roquefort Dip

1/2 cup crumbled Roquefort of Bleu cheese
2 cups (16 oz) low-fat cottage cheese
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
Pepper, to taste

Combine and blend ingredients. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with vegetables.
