Oatmeal Cookies

1/2 cup Smart Balance buttery spread, melted
1 1/2 cup Old Fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup Splenda
1/4 cup brown sugar substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/4 cup raisins (if desired)
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Chill if batter is too wet. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until slightly browned all over. (Makes about 24 cookies.)
