Napa Chicken Salad Wraps

3/4 cup acceptable mayo
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh chopped tarragon
2 tablespoons fresh chopped flat-leaf parsley
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4-1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/3 cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts
1/3 cup dried currents
Salt and pepper to taste
8 whole-wheat large tortillas

Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except tortillas. Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels; microwave until steaming and pliable. Spread salad across center of each tortilla, leaving 2″ on ends; fold in ends. Fold one side over salad; roll. Cut in half diagonally.

Serves 8
