Green Goddess Dip

3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup low-fat sour cream
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley leaves
1/4 cup minced fresh chives
2 TB minced fresh tarragon leaves
1 TB juice from 1 lemon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Recipe Directions
Combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate at least one hour, to allow flavors to blend.
Serve cold with crudités. (Raw vegetables of your choice)
