Easy Gourmet Stuffed Chicken

1 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp Costco artichoke parmesian dip
1/2 cup marinara low carb options work great too
1/2 ounce shredded mozzerela cheese

Directions
Pound chicken breast in between saran wrap both sides
Put 2 tbsp dip in the center of the pounded breast
wrap in roll securing ends with tooth picks if needed
Bake 400 degrees 30 min. remove tooth picks
Top with marinara and mozerella bake 10 more minutes
