Dijon Almond Chicken

2 Tbsp. Smart Balance or other acceptable margarine
2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
1/2 cup chopped almonds
In a small bowl, combine spread and mustard. Dip chicken breasts in mustard mixture and then coat with chopped almonds. Place into 10×6x1 3/4- inch greased baking dish.
Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes or until done.
