Chile Con Queso Spread

1 pound mild cheddar cheese, grated
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions
In food processor, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, bell pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Pulse until blended. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until blended. Line 2-cup bowl or mold with plastic wrap and fill with cheese mixture. Refrigerate 30 minutes to blend flavors.

Makes 2 cups
