Chicken Cordon Bleu

chicken
low fat jarlsburg cheese
cooked ham
mustard
parmesan
Pound out chicken. Layer with 1 slice of ham and one slice of cheese, roll and secure with toothpick. Roll chicken in mustard, then in parmesan.
Bake for 25 min at about 350* until done.
